Scope of Services: ROC (in partnership with Diversified Property Services) counseled and assisted existing homeowners, and tenants through the relocation process. We also explained the benefits for which they were entitled and identified suitable new housing locations. We coordinated all activities related to their new purchases, leases, and relocations.

Scope of Services: Scope of Services: Evaluated and reviewed available inventory of Maryland. Department of Transportation owned air space properties for each location. Reviewed existing lease, tax records,and site information. Conducted site visits, provided photographs, and prepared a summary report describing each site, its current use and a summary of lease terms and market potential. Delivered site summary forms spreadsheet to enable the department to maintain information on each location. Provided valuation of current lease market values.

Type of Service: State of Maryland Asset Maximization Project

Scope of Services: Met with State agencies to determine how the owned or leased real estate was being utilized in the fulfillment of various missions. Made recommendations if it was determined that agencies could co-locate if there would be a synergistic/cost savings benefit realized by doing so.

Scope of Services: Identified available office space/vacant land within five miles of all three central region maintenance centers. Met with the Baltimore Development Corporation and property owners to discuss available sites and redevelopment plans. Provided a written
summary of results (location, size, advertised cost or assessed value, driving distance from site to maintenance facility). Estimated driving time to each site during rush hour, site size, and the available or potential office space, distance to the nearest
transit stop and number of transit stops within 1000 feet of the site.
